Long‑Distance? Lynn Made It Effortless

Working with Lynn Thompson Kinnie was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. She went above and beyond in every part of the process—always available, incredibly responsive, and genuinely caring. It’s rare to find someone who not only knows the market inside and out but also takes the time to understand your needs and make you feel supported every step of the way. Whether it was answering questions late in the evening, offering thoughtful guidance, or handling details before I even had to ask, Lynn consistently exceeded expectations. Her professionalism, patience, and dedication made what could have been a stressful experience for my 80 year old mother feel smooth and manageable. Being long distance she was able manage every detail! I’m truly grateful for her hard work and I recommend Lynn without hesitation to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She’s the kind of realtor who turns a transaction into a great experience. Thank you, Lynn! ~Katherine
