I will recommend Lynn. On the other hand were not happy with the house. After living in it for a while and talking to the neighbors along with issues we found our selves. The house had major water damage, the floors are uneven and squeak when walking on them. The home inspection should have found the damage. We also learned the home had been burglarized (7) times. Also I would call this home a "cracker box". Cheep remodeling, cheep floor covering and the interior doors are made of styrofoam.
