Hello, I had the pleasure of speaking to Lynn Steffen while living in Massachusetts. My husband and I were getting ready to retire and her name was given to me from a family member. I trusted her completely. She brought us to the wonderful community where we now live, and we couldn’t be happier. Lynn made sure all my paperwork was done on time and sent to the right people. Moving from one state to another felt overwhelming, but Lynn kept me organized and on track before and after we arrived in Florida. I would definitely recommend Lynn Stephan to everyone!! I have used Lynn as my realtor several times for buying and selling. She is the absolute best. In this last sale, my home was under contract with a difficult buyer who kept asking for more repairs on an “as is” contract. His realtor was absent most of the process, but Lynn persevered, keeping things on track. Her patience with the buyer says a lot about her interpersonal skills; she is a true professional. I was moving from Miami to Melbourne I was buying my first home of my own and it was a three hour drive I was in need of a home in a hurry Lynn was recommended to me by a friend it turned out to be the best recommendation ever. Because it was three hours away it was hard for me to keep driving here she was so wonderful she did a FaceTime showing of homes for me and that was the day I saw the house I ended up buying she actually took the time to drive to multiple homes and then call me on FaceTime and show them to me that shows the kind of caring and kindness she has, she went out of her way to do that for me when I couldn’t get here. I can’t say enough about how she took the time to explain everything I needed to know being a first time buyer she is and was the best realtor I could ask for. Her knowledge and experience shined through she was there for all my questions all my calls my craziness I needed a home quickly and I love the home she found for me. She’s the best!!!
