Lynn handled the behind the contract agreement problems that arose with the buyers financial provider. She handled all of the legal contacts because the house was originally in my mother's estate and became mine while we were still waiting on the financial provider to process the buyer's loan information. She was very professional and very helpful to me to navigate the selling process.

At the end of our search Lynn found us an amazing home and my wife and I could not have been happier with it. This is not where Lynn’s amazingness stopped. Lynn worked tirelessly to get us the best deal and all the resources needed in order to get everything lined up to close on the house as quickly as possible. Overall Lynn was fantastic and we could not be more thrilled to have met, and got the chance to have her assistance.
