Lynn Saucier sold our house in 2013 and we were very pleased with her professional performance and investment in our interests. She came up with a great game plan and delivery. We were faced with selling our family home that was in poor shape and we were unsure where to begin so we contacted Lynn Saucier of Jamaica Hill Realty. My family was overwhelmed by the condition of the house and none of us lived close to our past family home. She provided direction in an overwhelming situation. She organized and suggested companies that could help us clean out a house full of “ stuff” from floor to ceiling in every room and then rehabbing the neglected interior. We all lived quite a distance so she was an integral part of making sure all the work was done correctly, completed on time, and that was well communicated to us.
