I came up to Nampa Idaho from California to look at New Build Homes. Unfortunately I was unable to look at 1 of the models because it was the day I was flying out and the appointment was in the afternoon. Lynn kept the appointment and sent videos of the model home and the sketch of the floor plan. I purchased my house sight unseen and it was all because Lynn is an outstanding communicator and realtor. The first time I walked through my house was the day I signed to purchase. All I could say was the house was perfect! Perfect size, perfect location. Just. PERFECT. I would not trust anyone else. Lynn truly understands the market. I think most other realtors follow her lead. Additionally, her thoroughness and willingness to help each customer she encounters is like no other.
