Lynn Moore and her team went the extra mile to help us buy our home. We have bought several homes in our lifetime and we have never had anyone do as much as she did to make our purchase pleasant. We were out of state so she went two time and walked through the home showing us pictures. The people left the house very dirty and she cleaned it before we got there. I cannot say enough to express how pleased we are with the service we had with Lynn Moore.

Probably one of the best things to happen in my life was to meet Lynn Moore, the warmest, nicest, most professional, hard-working real estate agent in Idaho and surrounding states. Even though the initial appraisal was $30,000 less than what Lynn thought it should be, she reviewed the comps with the appraiser, who then agreed he had undervalued the home. Lynn knew instantly the worth of the home, and made it happen. Within a few weeks, an offer was made for the entire asking price. The rest is history. Aside from the fact that Lynn is extremely well-versed in real estate law, she is a beautiful person, inside and out. From a business transaction to a personal friendship, I am very blessed to have Lynn in my life! And Tiffiny, too! What else is there to say?
