I chose Lynn because she was a top producer in my town and I needed local experience to sell my home. There was work that needed to be done before listing, so she took the time to go over what had to be updated/repaired first in order to give me the best chance at good offers, and then was very thorough in going over the local comps to determine a listing price. Once we received an offer, Lynn was very proactive every step of the way and her experience and knowledge was obvious and absolutely was a big part of the reason why the sale closed in a timely manner. However, what set her apart was that she did outstanding background research on all of the homes we saw, and as a result she was able to highlight many items and potential areas of concern that we would have otherwise missed or not fully understood. Lynn is highly responsive and timely — she comes through and goes above and beyond every time.
