I chose Lynn because she was a top producer in my town and I needed local experience to sell my home. There was work that needed to be done before listing, so she took the time to go over what had to be updated/repaired first in order to give me the best chance at good offers, and then was very thorough in going over the local comps to determine a listing price. Once we received an offer, Lynn was very proactive every step of the way and her experience and knowledge was obvious and absolutely was a big part of the reason why the sale closed in a timely manner. I highly recommend Lynn for anyone that wants a knowledgeable, professional and experienced Realtor.

Lynn was excellent to work with. She is s true professional who really knows her stuff. She listened carefully to what we were looking for and found homes that checked all the boxes on our list. However, what set her apart was that she did outstanding background research on all of the homes we saw, and as a result she was able to highlight many items and potential areas of concern that we would have otherwise missed or not fully understood. Lynn is highly responsive and timely — she comes through and goes above and beyond every time.
