I had hired her to rent out my home the last year. She was extremely uncooperative, rude, and raised her voice at me several times. Though I needed to rent out my home asap, she kept telling me to lower my price literally every two weeks. She doesn't understand that that's not how it works, I couldn't just keep lowering my rent fee (which was average, by the way, considering the other homes near me). 90% of the work was done by myself, and she rarely showed up to any of the meetings. I seriously regret having had worked with her. She was ineffective and didn't deliver what I was hoping, and relied on me to do all the required negotiaton. Extremely unhelpful, as well. I would NOT recommend her as your real estate agent. Please look for someone else. She was a complete nightmare.

I trusted Lynn and she did not let me down. She was great both as my sales agent and as a landlord when I rented the house out for lease. She gave me good advise. She had a solid understanding of the market. She was calm and firm when she dealt with the buyer and with my tenants. She looked out for me an my property as I lived out of state during the entire process. If a vender needed to do work (painter, landscaper, handyman) she had these resources and relationships and they did a good quality job for a fair price. I was very luck to have found Lynn and I highly recommend her.
