When I met Lynn more than 10 years ago, I was in a desperate place, like many others in the 2007-2010 recession, I was completely upside down on my current house, during that period of time, numerous people were abandoning their financial obligations to include their mortgages. I was at wits end, there were not many people who were willing to help, including my mortgage company. Lynn helped me navigate a short sale, preserving my credit, she informed me of the senate bill for mortgage forgiveness and helped fill out all of the required paperwork and negotiated with my mortgage company and the buyers lender to sell my home preserving my credit. As a result of all of her hard work then, I was able to bounce back in a few years and I restored my credit from a low of 630 to my current credit score of +850 And of course I was able to purchase another home, which she recently helped me sell. In addition to selling my home she was also instrumental in selling my parents home which was held in a living trust. She doesn't shy away from difficult sales, in fact she is very knowledgeable with all types of transactions, she sold our family home for more than $18,000.00 above asking price and was able to sell my home for more than $30,000.00 above asking price and started working with me as I was remodeling the home. She is very hard working, and devoted to her profession. I would recommend her to any friend or family member and also consider her a trusted friend whom goes above and beyond what is expected.
