Dear Lynn, My niece and I cannot begin to thank you for all you have done regarding the selling of my beloved home as I begin the next phase of my life. My niece was tasked with handling almost 100% of my affairs due to issues with my health and I am so appreciative of your help working with both of us. Under time constraints and other obstacles that needed to be overcome, we never felt alone in this process. We always knew you had our back and that we could turn to you with any questions and for reassurance even at times of the day that would be inconvenient to most others. I know that being a realtor involves helping clients get through the task of selling their home, but I got a whole lot more than that. The business of transacting this very large, life-changing event for a loved one can also be a particularly lonely and overwhelming time for the person (my niece) handling these affairs, especially without other family in the geographic area. Your sensitivity to and careful handling of my feelings and supporting both my niece and I during this time of great upheaval, will always be remembered with the utmost fondness and gratitude. This will be the third real estate transaction you have handled for me and that is for a reason...I will always stay with what works!!!
