We needed to sell my mom's home quickly and Lynn came a couple of days after we called, had a contract for us just another couple of days later, and the photographer came one week after our first meeting. The house went up for the sale the day after the photos and the house sold within hours in a way that met all of our needs. Lynn knew how to price the house to get interest and gave us pointers on how to present the house for the pictures. Lynn explained why the house was priced as it was. We ended up selling >10% above asking. She was available for any questions and always acted in our best interest. My mom died before the house closed but Lynn was able to easily and graciously handle the transfer of contact to the executor of the estate. I highly recommend her.
