As a Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES) and former Executive Director in senior housing, Lynn specializes in helping seniors and their families evaluate housing options, understand available resources, and create thoughtful transition plans. Unlike many agents who focus solely on selling a home, Lynn helps families explore all available options, including aging in place, renting, senior living communities, property management, and home sales.
Lynn is also passionate about helping young families and first-time home buyers achieve homeownership with confidence. Having spent more than two decades coaching youth soccer throughout the Eastside, he has built lasting relationships with local families and understands the unique challenges buyers face in today's market. His approach emphasizes education, communication, and step-by-step guidance throughout the process.
As a U.S. Navy veteran, Lynn is proud to assist fellow veterans and military families in understanding and maximizing their VA home loan benefits. He believes those who served our country deserve an advocate who understands both military service and the homeownership process.
