We relocated from New York and Lynn was highly recommended to us by a colleague in the Orlando area. We reached out to her, she got back to us immediately and when we came down to meet her in person she had a full day of neighborhoods and properties planned for us. After meeting her in person we did not even consider meeting with another realtor. Easy going but professional, asks the tough questions but sweet as apple pie, responsive but not pesky - we loved working with her!! When someone cares about what they do for a living it shows… Lynn is all about the client and making YOU happy - she "GETS IT" - She was very patient with us as we changed our minds several times on what we wanted but she hung in there with us. She found us a great apartment complex to stay in as we were on a tight time frame to get down here for work. She then worked with our schedule over the next 9 months as we kept asking her to show us houses to buy in all different areas and neighborhoods - she was patient with us and NEVER pressured us at all - we valued her advice and thoroughly enjoyed her company as a person. We can highly recommend Lynn to anyone who needs a realtor to buy a house and show them the options in the greater Orlando area. P.S.. She is great with kids and our daughter LOVES her!!! Only downside is we actually miss spending time with her once we bought the house!! We are now in our new house and we are very happy. We are really happy that we met her - you will be too.

Working with Lynn was very easy. When we first moved to Orlando from another state, she was willing to help us find an apartment from a distance. A year later she set up the homes we were interested in viewing, and was very quick to answer any questions/concerns we had. Certainly recommend.

Lynn helped me buy my first home. As a first-time homebuyer I was nervous about some things and clueless about others - but Lynn had all the answers. She was honest and direct with me and I appreciate her professionalism.

She thinks out of the box and actually found us a home, a dome home in fact and knew it was the house for us. She knew us better than we did and we absolutely love our unique house. I bought my first house with Lynn. I chose her and a few other realtors at random from signs and from Zillow because no one I know had a realtor who knew Titusville. I went through several before Lynn came along. She immediately contacted me back with a list of potential homes and was ready to start showing them to me that weekend. I was so impressed by her responsiveness, her professionalism, and her knowledge of Titusville up into Orlando. I lived in Orlando for 25 years before moving to Titusville and she knew both towns so well! There were some rough spots in the purchasing of my current home and just when I thought I would lose my mind, Lynn's calm demeanor and professional expertise helped ease my mind. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a home anywhere from Titusville to Orlando, and if I ever move again I will turn to her immediately.

With only having a few days in Florida, coming in town from Kentucky, Lynn was dedicated to finding our forever home. We found our home. She was helpful and very knowledgable about the whole buying process and above all accessible . When all was said and done I feel as though I not only had a great realtor, but a friend as well.

I cannot say enough about Lynn. I was relocating to the Orlando area and before we met for the first time, my wife and I tried to give her an idea of what we were looking for. We were close, but Lynn made note of all of our comments as she showed us homes the first day, all of which were close to what we wanted, but on the second day, they were pretty much bang on. In addition, the first day, Lynn made it a point to show us a large variety of homes in several communities so we could get a feel for the area and where we would like to live. Also, on each listing, Lynn added the distance to my work location as I was looking for a much shorter commute than I had in New Jersey. She also noted that I was an active adult figure skater and also added the mileage to the local ice rink. If I choose to move locally, I would only call Lynn for assistance...and if I ever need to sell my home for a long distance move, again, I know I only need to call Lynn.

Lynn is exceptional! She ended up sticking with us for almost two years as we searched for our next home. She was able to hone in quickly on what interested us - and more importantly - what didn't.
