Lynn was always on top of everything that was going on with the sale of our house. She was extremely knowledgeable about the process of selling a house. If she wasn't sure about any questions we had, she immediately found the answer and got right back to us. We chose her because she wasn't "pushy" but kept in contact with us over the period that we were getting the house ready for sale. She had a lot of information about selling that was very useful to us. She went above and beyond our expectations of a realtor. She priced it right...It sold one day after the open house for full asking price! I cannot express how lucky we were to have her as our agent. Major move from IL to CA, not knowing the area(s) and realty rules we needed someone to trust and guide us. Lynn provided so much assistance and really listened to our needs versus just showing us a home. Her thorough knowledge was evident in the kind of listings provided and neighborhoods to visit. As we headed speedily to a close, Lynn answered every crazy question we had and was always available no matter the time difference (CST to PST). We just closed on 2/25/22 and Lynn helped us get set up as we were out of town with a virtual walk through.
