Lynn is an awesome, well seasoned, experienced realtor! I used Lynn as a buyer agent for my 1031 exchange purchases and she really came through for me even when under pressure with multiple offers. Today, many realtors do not bother to negotiate on behalf of their client. Furthermore, many realtors are just plain lazy, unknowledgeable, and lack the drive to really find quality properties that fit the client's criteria.
