Lynn was with us through every step of the buying process. Our purchase was a new home construction and the builder's representative was reluctant to address some serious defects, even to the point of threatening to push the closing which would have impacted us financially by a few thousand dollars. Lynn aggressively used her contacts and pushed to have both the defect addressed and closing on time. Definitely a Rock Star in my book!
Lynn was so thorough with every single thing that came up. I was unable to be at the inspection but Lynn stayed there with the inspector until he finished. He forgot to inspect the attic in the garage and she called and told him to come back, so he did. Lynn has been selling real estate for so long that she is more knowledgeable than the younger agents. It was wonderful working with an agent that guided me through every step of the process!
