I was looking for a second home from 3 hours away and Lynn Cable not only met with me when my schedule allowed but also filled in with video tours when I could not be on site. First let me say Lynn Cable was awesome! We were relocating to the Corpus Christi area from Washington state and knew almost nothing about the area. After connecting with her through the internet we gave her a list of items we desired in a home and she hit the ground running. After filtering through the list of homes she provided I decided to head to CC to get a first hand look and decided on the perfect home. After returning to Washington the area was hit with the worst winter storm in decades and the house suffered some damage. Lynn worked with the sellers agent to look after the needed repairs like it was her own home, she followed our instructions to the letter and followed up with text, emails and pictures. We are in our new home and are loving it! We were clueless first time home buyers, with very specific needs, a pandemic and the worst winter storm ever but even with the cards were stacked against her she came shining through. I would recommend Lynn to anyone selling their home - and already have. She is wonderful. She did whatever was needed to be done (frequent updates regarding pictures, virtual tours, open houses, etc.), to keep my home at the top of the listings. She was honest about what to expect and kept me informed about when the property was shown (I was not living there). She "held my hand" as a first time seller and offered many helpful suggestions as to what to do to help my place have more appeal. I cannot thank her enough for all her help and encouragement.
