She kept me informed throughout the process, showed a deep knowledge of the market and treated me like family. Lynn was exceptional overall. The only reason I gave her 4 stars for "Responsiveness" and "Negotiation" should likely be applied to Fannie Mae and not Lynn. They set the price as non-negotiable and she's at their mercy for responsiveness.

Lynn assisted me investing in a condo. She and her team were knowledgeable and very responsive. The help me and kept me in the loop at all stages of the transaction.

I called Lynn out of the blue, out of state to talk about a property. She was accommodating, strait forward, no airs about her. All was as represented. She told me what I needed to do. We bought the homesite unseen. Lynn has a team, who I never met in person, but seemed to have it all together for clear communication hand offs even through the 4th of July holiday. It felt like the office group worked more like a family than an office. I did the whole deal online, via Federal Express, and via fax. Maybe I got lucky but have no regrets. They even offered to help with referrals for the repairs etc... Great experience for me.
