Lynn Butterfield

Lynn is absolutely phenomenal and he was not our first realtor, but his knowledge of the areas and willingness to go wherever we asked him even when would ask him to visit multiple sites in a day set him apart from everyone else. Lynn was so patient and attentive to our family needs and wants in a house and community which was essential for us because we were not in the same state as the house we were wanting to buy. We were so comfortable with him that we basically bought our house based off his recommendations before actually seeing the house or the community in person but once we had seen it everything that he recommended was spot on and we couldn't be happier or more blessed to be in our first home. If I could give six stars 🌟 I would give seven. Lynn is a great asset to his company and definitely takes pride in his profession and genuine caring nature for people.
