Lynn was awesome!!!

I can't say enough good things about Lynn and her work. She stuck with our property for over a year to get it sold, all the while helping us to navigate through various issues including complex title work, multiple buyer contracts, family drama, property rehab and security, etc. She went above and beyond what I'd expect from any realtor and if it weren't for her dedication to the sale and her work ethic to make it happen, we would likely still be sitting on a costly and vacant rental property trying to sell it from many miles away. Lynn is pragmatic, easy to talk to, and very down-to-earth. She never let any roadblocks stop her, and constantly changed gears and took alternative paths when needed. She gives updates when needed but does a lot of the work behind the scenes, which is nice. I would recommend her to anyone looking to sell a property in the area. Great job, Lynn, and thank you!!
