Her ability to plan our search days and narrow down our choices to a home we really wanted with a builder that gave us exactly what we were looking for. She kept us informed on updates from the builder and answered our concerns when delays occurred as a result of the pandemic. She also created a check list to keep us on track with other things we needed to complete in preparation for closing. Her contacts that performed inspections in preparation for closing were very courteous and did their jobs in a professional manner providing us with timely and accurate information so that we could make informed decisions. As we were coming from out of state she kept us apprised of progress during the building phase and informed about inspections that we could not attend. She provided her professionals and earnest opinion on how to get needed assistance with local utilities setup and suggested additional enhancements to our property. In short, she took care of us throughout the whole process. Everyone should have an agent like Lynn. I can't say enough good things about Lynn and her work. Our home buying experience was terrible, but Lynn was always there to help us through it. She was knowledgeable about the area and helpful through the process. We were moving from S FL to N FL -- a 5.5 hour drive, so we depended on Lynn to be there when we couldn't.
