We have had the utmost pleasure working with Lynn to find the perfect home for us in Southern Florida. The process began a few years ago when we were deciding to purchase a second home at that point, Lynn took us out for a day to get a "lay of the land" and we narrowed our location down to a handful of towns. This past year we were ready to commit to purchasing a home. Lynn met with us and really got to know what we were looking for in a home and we rented a home for the winter so we could make sure it was where we wanted to be. While we were renting, together with Lynn we came up with a list of about 12 potential homes and Lynn strategically planned a weekend with showings and open houses and the last home we saw was the one that we ended up purchasing.
