Lynette made an impossible move happen

I didn't want to move from our San Marcos house, and after the financial chaos brought on by COVID19, I was pretty sure we couldn't. Not only did Lynette find us a home that immediately convinced me to list our house, but she promoted our sale so well that we got well above asking on our sale AND well below asking on our purchase. As for the financial chaos, Lynette's connections put together a financing plan that left us with only a reasonable mortgage to pay and otherwise debt free. I highly recommend Lynette if you are even remotely considering selling or buying a home.
