Lynette was very knowledgeable about the area as well as technical components around the house. Lynette was always very quick to respond, and was also able to refer us to some great resources while moving through the home buying process and made us feel very comfortable right up to closing and beyond! It is a sellers market, so don't expect anyone to be able to negotiate the price down by more than 1 or 2%, which was much less room than I expected (8%-10%). This considered I still highly recommend Lynette!

She allowed us to make our own way while still guiding us through the process. Having grown up on the Seacoast, she possessed intimate knowledge of the area's history and where it is heading. She also knew quite a bit about home construction which is quite valuable when looking at older homes. Going down in the basement and looking at the bones of the house was always the main event with Lynnette. We would usually spend a great deal of time in the basement, discussing the integrity of the property. I highly recommend Lynette and I am certain she will provide you with exceptional service.

Lynette’s expertise and knowledge of what buyers want, and are looking for, was amazing. Studying the area and market and being a calming influence in such a stressful time for a seller was very important, adding to it how much she knows and understands about house construction, well and septic systems, and overall knowledge of a property came in very handy. Her knowledge of the selling and mortgage process was also very important to a house seller not having been through it in 15 years. Any questions or concerns I ever had were answered and dealt with immediately. If I ever sell or buy again, Lynette will be my agent.
