I met Lynette Aucoin when she was the one realtor willing to come out at short notice on a cold night to show me a house I wanted to look at. I was impressed with the wealth of info she conveyed to me about the place as we went through the property. I decided right then she would be an asset to have at my side. While searching a variety of properties, Lynette was extremely responsive, informative, helpful and very patient with me as I weighed my options. She helped me to find the place that felt right for me and my offer was promptly accepted She drove in a major snowstorm to do the walk-thru 24hrs before closing with me. The closing went smoothly. I just moved in, in time for Christmas! I highly recommend Lynette Aucoin. She is smart & fabulous to work with!

This is basically the first time I have purchased a home from someone I didn't know. I can NOT believe my luck of finding Lynette. First off, I'll always stay in contact with her because not only is she professional, knowledgeable (about almost everything), responsive, patient, etc., but she is someone I'd trust with many questions, recommendations etc., for home related issues. She worked tirelessly for me and was always available for my calls. She also always had my back and best interestin mind. I felt very comfortable asking her what she thinks and trusted her opinion 100%. Lynette made herself available to answer my calls and show me homes, thoroughly discuss the pros & cons and answer all my questions long after a showing. When it came time to sign anything, she would go over each line to ensure I knew what I was signing. And at closing, of course, she was there. After closing, she gave me tips & suggestions of what to do next. And to this day, I still ask her questions, and she still answers every one. 5 Stars

Doing business with Lynette is like doing business with family. She has an eye out for all aspects and is an exceptional real eastate professional. She was very attentive 24/7/365, responding to all correspondence rapidly. Loaded with industry information, a strong business network, yet a very down to earth attitude. This helped my spouse and I navigate the complex nature of our first home purchase. Without Lynettes expertise we would not be in the home we are in today :)

Lynette is amazing! I live in California and she helped me buy a home in NH. I didn’t see the property until the day before the closing, but I felt like I knew it inside and out because she gave me a FaceTime tour, sent pictures/texts, and gave insightful commentary on the house, neighborhood, and overall market. She also gave me referrals to local providers and helped me get quotes for some of the work needed on the house. She probably went over to the house at least 10 times for me during the process for various things. She went above and beyond and I recommend her highly!
