Lynetta was the wisest choice when the time came to sell our home. In a much shorter time than expected, OUR HOUSE WAS SOLD! What an emotional rollercoaster selling a house can be. But every step of the way, Lynetta was just great. She does her job well. From clearly laying out the needed action items in advance, to doing all the leg work in order to get our place photo-ready, to even being willing to hang close to the house when there were workers on site with our daughters, her expertise led us through the maze of steps to get to today. I especially appreciate how sensitive she was to our family during the showing process, immediately responding to needs as they arose. She was also super patient as we called repeatedly to check on the progress. After 15 years in that house, we now begin a new chapter in another city. *Big sigh of relief!* ??
