Lyndie House has been our family realtor for 15 years. I have never tried anyone else because I don't know how it could be better! She helped me find the perfect starter townhome 15 years ago in Land O Lakes, which she also helped us sell in 2021 for a HUGE profit! (And she negotiated for a higher selling price than the already high one we agreed to.) In 2012, she helped my husband and I find our first single family home when I was pregnant. She got us exactly what we needed for a lower price than we had budgeted! A 4-bedroom home with two office spaces is not easy to find in Pasco County when you're just starting out! The best part about working with Lyndie (that I find very different than other realtors) is that she puts her best interests aside. She puts her clients needs first before her own. This may sound strange but I hear about so many realtors who push their own listings on buyers so they can get both sides of the commission or they push only homes in a small area because it's convenient for them.
