Lynda was a fantastic realtor for our recent purchase in Carlsbad. While we were in Northern California, she went and checked out a house we wanted to buy (by photos) and luckily she saved us from making a huge mistake. She knew what to look for and whether the purchase would be a good one for us or not. When we came into town she brought booklets with maps and info on each home we were touring each day. She was so knowledgeable and made the process basically stress free. We had lots of questions and she was always available when we called or texted her. After just a couple days of looking we found our new home and she made just the right offer to get us the house without an issues at all. We were in escrow in a matter of days thanks to Lynda! Lynda was able to connect us with a wonderful designer and contractor to help with our renovations before we are moving in. Her help has been invaluable to us and we are so happy that our kids recommended Lynda to us. We highly recommend her and will use her for any of our future real estate needs.
