Lynda has worked with us with two other home sales in the past decade so, of course, we immediately called her to help us out with this third property when the need arose. Lynda is so responsive and knowledgeable about the market and everything else involved with a home sale and was always available for our questions and calls, so important in particular as we are out of the area. Lynda went all out immediately to get our property sold quickly. She set up and managed the sale process with attention to detail and kept in constant contact with us with updates and the sale was completed painlessly. Like I said she made everything easy. Any thing that came up like the septic tank failed inspection and she got me 3 different quotes and because of that it saved me about 2000 dollars. Didn't seem like she was there to get a check for the least amount of work she went above and beyond. Would recommend her to anyone.
