What can I say? Lynda has done it again! She continued to have my trust in helping me purchase and sell my 1st home, as well as providing sound advice. I recently decided to move out of my city and relocate to a new destination; therefore, I had to leave everything involving the sale of my home in Lynda’s hands. I never had to worry about anything. From the moment we discussed my moving plans, Lynda had a timeline set up by the time we met in person, and was ready to set it in motion when I moved out. The whole process was very smooth and Lynda was great at communicating everything with me, with updated statuses. She did great at projecting how much to list my home, accomplished our goal of not having the property stay on the market for too long, while getting the best deal for me (closed above listing price). I appreciated all of her hard work, attention to details, and helping me ease my mind throughout the whole process! Lynda’s support did not end there. She referred a trusty realtor to me in my new town, and discussed my goals with her, prior to connecting us together. Lynda had my best interest in mind and continued to provide valuable advice during my new purchase also! She was always checking in and even helped provide another point of view in the negotiation process. I’m forever grateful to have Lynda by my side for these major purchases in my life.
