Great realtor to work with. Very responsive, communicates well, knows the ins and outs of Leisure World extremely well. Which can be a blessing but it can also lead to safe pricing. We sold our apartment in 1 weekend with multiple offers, which is not a bad thing, but we may not have received the full premium for the renovations we made, there having been one other property that listed at the same time below market pricing. But overall a reasonable result. The photos were very well done as well.

Lynda went above and beyond to facilitate our sale... especially as we were doing this remotely from the west coast! She coordinated the contractors for carpet, painting, minor repairs and staging, as well as took care of a lot of the minor things that were difficult to do remotely (utilities, cable, HVAC inspection).
