Lyn was great, I was looking for a pretty targeted purchase in the Banner Elk/Sugar Mountain area. We found a house very quickly and went under contract almost as quick. Lyn's local knowledge, personnel she brought in (inspectors, lenders, etc) all helped with a quick close. Lyn was very responsive to me calls and texts. I would highly recommend Lyn!!
