Lydia helped the reviewer sell this property

I selected Lydia as my realtor when selling my home and it was by far the best decision I could have

I selected Lydia as my realtor when selling my home and it was by far the best decision I could have made. I interviewed many realtors at the beginning of the process but they didn’t come close in the overall knowledge of the market, pricing, staging, professionalism, and friendliness of Lydia and her husband Lou. They came to the first meeting armed with knowledge of the area, having done research on my home, and were able to answer each and every one of my questions. From initial discussions about pricing, staging, and the listing, Lydia provided her professional opinions but always asked for my input as well and we worked together to make choices that we were both comfortable with. We had remarkable success in listing the house, pricing, contracting, inspections, and settlement. As anything came up along the way, Lydia was able to explain the situation, provide me with recommendations, and kept the process going very smoothly. She was easy to communicate with, and always accessible to via calls, texts, or emails to answer any of my questions. During the entire process I felt as though I had a trusted resource who I could rely upon to provide insight, support, and answer any of my questions, and that made a big difference in the process. I was initially worried about the home selling process but Lydia eased those concerns early on and really guided me through the entire process. I could not have asked for a better realtor, and I wholeheartedly recommend Lydia for any of your home buying or selling needs, and will be recommending her to all my friends and family. Thank you again for the exceptional service, I am so grateful to have found a realtor I could trust and rely on for all my real estate needs.
