It was quite evident Lydia knew the market and recommended a pricing strategy, staging and pointed out small improvements we could make that would better posture our home to be attractive to potential buyers. Lydia even had a network of good, reliable and cost effective contractors to help with the improvements. When Lydia called them, they responded and we were in contact directly with them quickly. Their price was right, the work was excellent quality and completed in the timeframe Lydia requested. Lydia's communication with us was greatly appreciated. Lydia stayed in contact with us to provide updates, share information and was always responsive when we reached out to her. It also helps she knows the area so well such as the history in terms of how it has changed, what's happening today and what's being planned. Lydia also knows what was and wasn't effected by the last major flood which is valuable information to potential buyers.
