Lydia was exceptionally devoted from the start and extremely helpful in all matters of the sale.

Our experience was somewhat complicated by our move and Lydia trusting that she would be our agent of choice whenever we would be ready to put our previous property on the market. I sensed that she was genuinely interested in representing our family and simply an inherently caring person. Our relation started with a false start in effect--her helping us to shop for another (more-roomy, etc.) property in the same or neighboring communities. She worked diligently to scour the available market at the time and present us with some attractive candidates. We just couldn't move quick enough to act on any. We subsequently got wind of a new community, thus in which we could buy a new house, but of course delaying further the sale of the "old" house. Lydia was not only happy to stay the course, whatever/whenever that property was ready to show, but also freely offered her sage council on the decision to take this path and even the particular builder. Thereafter, I would contact her at times to up-date our status per the new place and progress on preparing our house indeed for the market or seeking her advice of what/how much to invest therein--always thoughtfully and graciously given. In the latter days of the sale process (such as addressing matters raised via the inspection of the house), she was incredibly helpful in getting technical help (such as miscellaneous roofing and other work) and benefitting trustworthy work in all things. All along, communicating with Lydia was both highly reliable and always friendly, regardless of side of a given matter--hers or ours. The sense was uniformly that of working as a team to get whatever needed to be done, carried out to the closure. Lydia thus was always available/enthusiastic, which certainly encouraged us along the way. Showing the house/dealing with the many steps needed were indeed with a sense of teamwork, faithfully toward satisfaction and ultimate closure. I and my family are truly grateful for her and her many efforts.
