Lydia was an exceptional agent for us! She was honest about the housing market and the pricing we were going to offer on the home. Once we were in escrow, she was on top of the entire process giving us updates and a timeline to guide us through on what to do in order to meet the closing date. She followed up on any questions we had and made sure the selling agent and owner responded in a timely manner. After escrow was done, Lydia followed up with us to check in on how the house was coming along. When we found a piping issue was not resolved as stated, Lydia made sure the selling party reimbursed us for the cost of us having to hire someone to fix the situation. We highly recommend Lydia!
