She works with Keller Williams, and this is the 2nd home Lydia has helped me with in the Lake Worth Area. Lydia was very thorough in doing comps and is extreamly knowledgeable in helping you evaluate the deal, she is an excelent negotiator, thereby getting you the best deal possible She is tireless in following up with the seller agent, giving me recommendations of home inspection, termite inspection, foundation inspection, HVAC etc. She even helped me with getting water, electric, and sewage switch from the banker to my account.
