Lydia Brashear

I did not even rent a house through Lydia, but of all the realtors I worked with in our process of finding a house she was the most helpful. She offered assistance far beyond what one would consider the minimum. She was available any time of day and I could always count on getting a hold of her. I even visited one of the houses she owns and I can tell she runs a tight ship. I have never seen a rental house so pristine. I think this reflects her attitude towards her work. Thanks Lydia!

She completely removed any potential headaches from the selling process, providing contractors and giving spot on advice on what I should and should not concern myself with in order to prepare my home for market. Her mover recommendation was top notch. Not only did Lydia sell my home but also found my next home, one that I could not possibly be more happy with... all of my "want" boxes checked.
