Lydia helped the reviewer sell this property

Look no further, Lydia is the very best!

This is the third time we have had the pleasure of having Lydia as our agent. After my Grandmothers passing her estate ended up in Probate and we needed to sell ASAP! The need to sell ASAP in this current market (first quarter 2023) is beyond daunting to say the least. Lydia was honest about the challenges we would face and got right to work. We got the home ready, listed and sold within a month!!! That is unheard of and all thanks to Lydia. She has been certified as a probate specialist and was very thorough in her communication with our attorney and the buyers agent. Beyond our expectations and with a mindset to do the right thing for her clients no matter what it takes. Look no further, Lydia Abreu is the very best.
