My wife and I are so grateful to Luz for finding our new home and for negotiating the purchase. We looked on our own to try and find something in our budget that was good, and we could not find anything that compares to what Luz found us. This is a very difficult market for buyers and the seller wanted many contingencies and Luz was able to negotiate them and write a contract that protected us. We thought that we had lost this property several times and Luz never gave up negotiating for us. We love our new home, and we owe it all to Luz!
