From start to finish, Luz was professional, knowledgeable and made us feel like we were her only clients. My wife was 1,000 miles away and Luz sent her video's and Face Timed her at every home. She patiently walked us through the entire process, being from out of state, the process is much different then we had ever experienced. 5 stars doesn't seem to be good enough, she is 10 out of 10.
