I began in September 2023 just looking casually to find out the prices of town homes. I saw an Open House and decided to go in. I met Ms. Jarmon. From the time I met her, I spotted honesty and integrity. We both began the long road to finding me a home. She was always ready, willing and able to go with me every Satuday and some Sundays. Whenever I was available, she was. Ms. Jarmon always displayed a professional attitude. She is reliable, caring, knowledgeable and knows her job well. One of the thing I liked most is that she never tries to "push something down your throat" for a quick sale. She aims to please the client. She understands the client's need and works towards accomplishing it. She is never afraid of the snow,rain or cold. This lady is "BLESSED". There were times when I was on my way to closing on a house, but due to circumstances beyond our control, the deal went sour. Ms Jarmon is friendly, warm and kind. She is a good listener and very patient and understanding. I may not be the easiest client to work with since I'm very meticulous, particular and I know what I want. Despite that, Ms. Jarmon was patient to work with me until I got what I wanted. It took us 8 months to complete our journey but it was really worth it. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a house, condo, townhouse etc. She is the BEST and I have not encountered a Real Estate Agent that can match her expertise, charisma, knowledge, professionalism, reliability and character. Veta did a wonderful job with our home search. Meeting her at an open house and asking the question why cant i have a home that has this look and feel but in my price range, her answer was why not. We had worked with at least 6 to 8 other agents and could not come to a common ground when fighting for what we as buyers wanted. She fought for us even with backing out of a deal that was very close to the closing date. Reach out and let her help you, you will not be disappointed.
