Luther Sanchez, a graduate from Bell Gardens High School, received his real estate license in 1997 while
attending University of Pomona. Continuing his thirst for higher education, he received his Bachelor’s Degree
in Civil Engineering in 2001.
He briefly worked as a Civil Engineer for the County of Los Angeles where the temptation of using his real
estate license overcame him.
He started selling real estate full time for both CENTURY 21 and then Re/Max while continuing his higher
education pursuit and obtained his broker’s license in 2003. After a successful selling career, he went on to
open his own real estate operation while continuing superior sales production.
Realizing the commitment of running a real estate operation, he later went on to associate himself with his
now organization, CENTURY 21 Allstars. Year after year, he continues to lead in production in this highly
productive organization.
As recently in 2014, he was recognized at the #1 sales associate with CENTURY 21 Allstars - earning over
$450,000 with one administrative assistant (his lovely wife, Anna). He also is very productive and successful
buying and selling many investment properties.
Luther credits all of his business success to his wife, Anna, who have been married for 1 ½ years, and as
described by Luther, she is the best business partner one can have as she keeps him grounded and focused.
