Luther did an exceptional job selling our house that was a held in a trust. He was very professional, knowledgeable, polite and understanding from the time of our initial conversation all the way through the closing of escrow. Luther was also very proactive from the beginning by obtaining city permit records pertaining to the house that were important in determining an appropriate sales price. His sales presentation book was very thorough and professionally done and completed in a very timely manner. This was the 2nd time using Luther and his team. I first used Luther in may of 2020 to sell a duplex of mine in Los Angeles.
