Lupita impressed me in our first meeting. We were with my attorney and she was notarizing some documents. I called her two days later to discuss listing my home for sale. After an hour, I was very comfortable with her: well dressed, pleasant, answered all questions directly, and had a professional demeanor. After 3 days I had four offers; 3 of the offers were above asking price.
