I'm an active real agent and met Lupe as I started was looking to add another rental property to my porfolio. The reason I chose her to be my agent was because of her experience and knowledge in rental properties, I wanted to live the emotional aspect out of it, and let her do the negotiating for me. Overall, she did a terrific job and I was able to purchase a great property that has tremendous ADU potential.
