Lupe is by far the best realtor I've ever worked with. Due to a job relocation, we had an unexpected, very quick move to make and our new home was contingent upon the sale of our current one. I cannot recommend Lupe enough. My 85 year old parents needed to sell their home under very difficult circumstances. They were in poor health and unable to leave the home during showings. Nothing fazed Lupe. She was kind, supportive, and patient. I live out of the area and all communications needed to go through me - and Lupe returned every call and email I made, almost immediately. She "held our hands" throughout the whole process. In such a difficult situation, I cannot believe how easy she made it. Besides being a total pro, she became a trusted friend.
