During the time we had my property on the market, I was faced with one of life’s biggest challenges. If it weren’t for Lupe’s patience, empathy, understanding, and encouragement, the stress of my situation and the process of selling my property would have taken much longer. More importantly, it was one less burden I had to carry during an already difficult time. I trusted Lupe, and trust is hard to come by these days. Life is relational to me, and that’s exactly what I received from Lupe, not just a realtor extraordinaire, but a friend. That’s what true community and good business look like. Life is too short for everything to be only about business. Often, your greatest profits are the ones made outside of numbers. But don’t get me wrong, Lupe is about business as well. She knows how to get the job done.

Where do I even start? As a first-time homebuyer, I was completely new to the process. When I got connected with Lupe, she took the time during our very first call to educate me and break everything down in a way that actually made sense. I remember thinking, “Wow, this seems a lot more manageable than I imagined.” From day one, she made sure to accommodate both me and my mom for showings, and I always felt heard and supported. Even after touring multiple homes and not feeling a connection with any of them, Lupe never made me feel rushed or discouraged. In fact, she reassured me that it was completely normal and that she’d rather I see a place in person than feel pressured to move too fast. What surprised me most was how quickly we found “the one.” I expected it to take much longer — we were still well within the buyer representation agreement window — but even if it had taken all 90 days or more, I wouldn’t have wanted anyone else by my side. Lupe’s strategy in helping us make a competitive offer played a huge role in us landing the home we did. Her follow-through, her persistence in getting responses, and her ability to keep me informed every step of the way — from escrow to closing — made all the difference. If this isn’t what a top-tier real estate agent looks like, then I must’ve hit the jackpot. I’m incredibly grateful to have worked with her, and I can confidently say Lupe helped make one of the biggest milestones of my life feel smooth and supported from start to finish.

I would like to personally start by saying thank you Lupe, for everything. This was my husbands, (wife writing this review LOL) and I first time buying a home. We had no idea what we were getting into with buying a home. All we knew is we wanted a home and we were ready. Along the way we had many questions/concerns. It could have been the silliest question about the home, and Lupe ALWAYS answered so quickly and promptly, as I am person who needs to know answers immediately or asap otherwise my husband and I freak out (lol). We am truly thankful, she always brought us hope and faith even though we felt like it was slipping through the cracks, as we were learning buying a home is process. She guided us through every step and thats the guidance we needed. The home we have today is the home we dreamed of and she made it happen + more! My kids, husband and I finally have the yard plus home we needed to complete our lives. We told Lupe, this is the home and she made it happen. We are complete with this home and are so happy. The little details she paid attention too, the advice she gave us, and her positive and friendly attitude definitely made our first time buying a home amazing. I would recommend Lupe to any of my family members & friends. She is in the real estate industry to help families find a home meant for them and to build a lifetime of memories and love, and her attention to my families wants and needs really showed it throughout our process. Lupe took care of me and my family during the sale of our home. She showed knowledge and professionalism during the entire process and helped guide me on what was realistic. I truly believe she helped me maximize my profit and the house also sold quickly even though it was “as is” and in a higher price bracket than average. I already have neighbors asking for her information for when they are ready to sell.
