Selling our home was one of the most exhausting experiences we’ve been through emotionally, mentally, and even physically at times. Looking back, I honestly don’t know what we would’ve done without Lulu. From the very beginning, I never felt like she was just our real estate agent. She put the jersey on and became one more of the family. She worried with us, celebrated with us, and when things got difficult, she was right there fighting alongside us. You could genuinely tell she cared about us, not just about selling a house. Something I’ll always appreciate is that she understood we didn’t know everything about real estate. Instead of making us feel like we should already know, she took the time to explain things, educate us, and guide us through every step. She was patient, empathetic, and always made sure we understood what was happening before making any decision. Unfortunately, not every agent is like that. Some are focused on closing a transaction as fast as possible. Lulu always made us feel that our family, our finances, and our future mattered more than getting another sale. I don’t have many things in this life, but one thing I do have, and I value deeply, is my word. That’s why I can honestly say that Lulu is an amazing real estate agent, but an even better human being.
